    The Resiliency Course is designed for adolescents (12 to 17 years old) who are often struggling with a wide range of challenges including anxiety, depression, suicide ideation and more. It isn't for everyone, but it might be for you. If you are ready to make a change, to challenge your status quo, if you are thirsty to learn...now is the time to take a leap.

    Wednesdays starting October 21st

    • Location Pick-up and Drop-off: West Jordan High
    • Eight adventure activities including Outdoor/Indoor Rock Climbing and Hiking with a cadre of mental health experts and adventure guides.

    • Access to Pivot Adventure Workbook, Curriculum, Zoom and Slack Forum.

    • Weekly parent webinars with mental health professionals.

    • Limited to six participants per class. 3:1 student to guide ratio to maximize attention, safety and impact.

    • Dates for fall sessions are on Wednesdays (Oct 21, 28, Nov 4, 11, 18, Dec 2, 9, 16) from 2:30 pm to 7:00 pm. Parent webinars will take place in the evenings online from 8:00 pm to 8:30 pm.

    • Tuition is $1,500, which includes equipment, instruction, transportation, course materials, access to mental health professionals, entry passes...and it's not just money but your time and effort too.

    Parent Webinars

    After each adventure activity, guides meet with parents and guardians to chat about what went well, what was taught and what to continue to work on.
