The Resiliency Training Course is designed for adolescents (12 to 15 years old) who are often struggling with a wide range of challenges including anxiety, depression, isolation and more. It isn't for everyone, but it might be for you. If you are ready to make a change, to challenge your status quo, if you are thirsty to learn...now is the time to take a leap.
Fall 2023 Class
Fridays starting TBA
- Location Pick-up and Drop-off: Jordan High School in Sandy
- 8 adventure activities including outdoor rock and hiking.
- Access to Pivot Adventure Workbook, Curriculum, Zoom, Slack Forum, and Parent Webinars
- Limited to 6 participants per class. 3:1 student-to-guide ratio to maximize attention, safety, and impact.
- Dates for this session will be TBD from after school until 7:15 pm.
Winter 2024 Class
Tuesdays starting TBA
