ofIn 2022 and 2023, Pivot Adventure received $110,000 in scholarship donations! This money is 100% used towards the cost of putting 66 teens through our 8-week resiliency training course along with purchasing mountain bike equipment and a second van for transportation. Typically, we work with school counselors to find six teens at a time who all attend the same school. The goal is not only for teens to develop skills that will help them navigate life's challenges but to also make lifelong friends. It is a powerful experience what we do here at Pivot Adventure. Because of this, at this time, scholarships are only available through partnerships with local school districts and community organizations. For individuals that want to do the course, we offer a couple of private pay classes throughout the year that just about anyone can sign up for. Your tuition helps subsidize the overhead costs associated with these activities and keeps the costs down for students on scholarships.
